1 salmon fillet, about 6 oz
¾ cup cooked quinoa
1½ cups broccolini
1 cup sliced cremini mushrooms

Season the salmon: Pat the salmon dry and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Get that golden sear: Heat half the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for 4–5 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook another 3–4 minutes until golden outside and flaky inside.
Sauté the mushrooms: Add the remaining olive oil and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until tender, browned, and slightly caramelized. Add half the garlic during the final minute.
Cook the broccolini: Steam or sauté the broccolini until bright green and tender-crisp. Toss with butter, the remaining garlic, salt, and pepper.
Warm the quinoa: Fluff the cooked quinoa with a fork and season lightly with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Build your plate: Spread the quinoa across the center of a large white plate. Place the long salmon fillet along the right side, pile the mushrooms on the lower-left, and arrange the broccolini across the top. Boom—one seriously satisfying plate.
