Get that salmon golden: Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice. Brush it over the salmon, then sear in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until caramelized and golden outside and tender inside.
Char the asparagus: Toss the asparagus with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. SautΓ© or roast until bright green and tender with those tasty dark charred spots.
Make the jammy egg: Lower the egg into gently boiling water and cook for about 7 minutes. Chill briefly, peel, and cut in half. That golden center should stay thick, glossy, and deliciously jammy.
Slice that avocado: Cut half an avocado into thin slices and gently fan them out. Season with a tiny pinch of salt and black pepper.
Fluff the rice: Spoon hot cooked white rice onto the plate and fluff it lightly so the grains stay soft and separate.
Build your power plate: Line the asparagus along the left, place the salmon beside it, fan the avocado across the top, mound the rice on the right, and set the two jammy egg halves at the bottom. Dig in while everything’s fresh!
